Hotels require credit card details in order to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card information will be sent directly to the reserved hotel. When you make a booking you will automatically enter into an agreement with the hotel you have chosen.
Be assured that we take our responsibility regarding your credit card information very seriously. We use the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer (SSL)" technology to encrypt your credit card details. Therefore we can guarantee that every transaction made is 100% safe and we will reimburse the first 50 euro should your credit card be misused or abused due to MYSOBE.com ®. The credit card company is obliged to pay the remainder.

This website has been created and is operated by MYSOBE.COM (trade name MYSOBE). We act as an intermediate between hotels and users in order to provide our users with the possibility to search and book hotel accommodation online. Our service is based on information provided by hotels. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information.
We highly value your trust in choosing MYSOBE.COM for your online hotel reservation. Therefore, we will duly and diligently safeguard and protect the privacy and confidentiality of your personal details (including your credit card details).
When you make a reservation for a hotel (or any other type of accommodation), you will be asked to complete online forms providing for: your name, (home or office) address, (business or private) email address, (mobile, home or office) telephone number, credit card details (i.e. credit card type and number, CVC code, expiration date, credit card holder name) and to the extent available, reservation preferences and smoking preference. This information is required to process, book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you).

By completing the guest review, you agree that the completed guest review can be uploaded to our website at the relevant hotel information page for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers on the service (level) and quality of the relevant hotel. We reserve the right to adjust, refuse or remove review forms at our sole discretion. The guest review form should be regarded as a survey and does not include any (further commercial) offers, invitations or incentives whatsoever. If you no longer wish to receive a survey request email, you can simply click on the unsubscribe link or reply (with "unsubscribe" in the subject line).

If your personal data is incorrect, we will change it upon your request. You can also ask to remove your personal data from its database by sending us an email to the aforementioned email address.
When does our Booking Department send you emails?
After you have made a booking, you will receive a confirmation message with all the information about your booking. You may take this confirmation to the hotel as proof of the reservation. Furthermore, after your stay at the hotel, we will send you the guest review survey, which we appreciate to be filled in by you. Your completed guest review form may be uploaded onto the relevant hotel’s information page on our website for the sole purpose of informing (future) customers of your opinion of the service (level) and quality of the hotel. To the extent that you have "Opted in" you may receive from us and from time to time our newsletter or other information.
We are at all times entitled to change the way we collect, transmit and process the personal information and such other information as we may deem necessary. This Privacy Statement may therefore be amended from time to time in order to reflect the latest changes.
Free of charge
Our service is free of charge. Unlike many other parties, MYSOBE.com ® will not add any additional fees, like a reservation fee, to the room rate.
Please follow the instructions in the confirmation email in case you need to cancel your stay. If you cancel according to the cancellation policy of the hotel, it will be free of charge. We recommend you read the cancellation policy of the hotel carefully. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. Note, MYSOBE.com ® will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
Guaranteed Lowest Rates: Terms and Conditions
As hotel prices can change frequently during the day, you must contact our Booking Department promptly, but in any event within 24 hours of purchasing your hotel room through our Site.
Your support ticket should include the following information: your name, Booking reservation number and the website (example:www.mysobe.com) where the lower rate is available. Incomplete or inaccurate emails will not be taken into account. Please take care of that.
The guarantee is not applicable for same day bookings. The guarantee only applies in respect of a lower rate that is available for online booking. The lower online rate must be bookable when our Booking Department validate your claim, within the 24 hour period, screen shots will not be accepted as proof.
The lower rate must be found online for an equivalent room at the same hotel as booked through MySOBE.com ® on the same check-in and check-out dates with the same booking conditions. The lower rate must be in the same currency. Our Booking Department will only match the difference between our rate and the lower rate if your reservation through our Site is completed and not cancelled or the subject of a no-show. If the claim is unsuccessful as it is not in accordance with our lowest rate guarantee terms and conditions, our terms and conditions of booking, including the cancellation policy are still applicable.
"Lowest rate guarantee" does not apply to hotel rooms purchased through or in combination with membership rates, frequent stay, loyalty points or other "reward" type programs or special promotions of the hotel where the booking is made. Lower rates available through opaque sites where the exact hotel isn't known until after booking are also excluded from the guarantee
