Overview

Photo Shore Club Collins Avenue, South Beach! The sexiest beach town, where you go to be seen by those who go there to be seen! Designed by David Chipperfield, renowned British architect, the Shore Club’s personality shines through its deco-revival facade, competing fashionably with its confreres at the spot where Collins moves through chic towards clubland glitz!

A short stroll from the airy outdoor Lincoln Road Mall, The Shore Club is ideally situated for celebrity-spotting, beach lounging – or strutting your stuff at either of the two infinity-scaped pools – including a hot tub. Nestled between them, are the Rumbar, an oasis of sheer white curtains and the more laid-back Sandbar on the way to the private entrance to the beach.

Three fabulous dining spots – Nobu with its classic Japanese cuisine, the Skybar and of course Robert de Niro’s AGO overlookds the pool; pure swank, straight out of Los Angeles. Definitely a celebrity magnet!

What our Guests say:
Pool, beach, common areas good, rooms HIGHLY overpriced. ♥ The worst hotel at this price ever! Rooms are bad, things do not work properly (the door to the balcony was stuck, the showers got wet the restroom in every shower taken) and the worst point: the rooms are very dirty, they don't change the sheets daily, and I could find an empty pack of condom below my bed. ♥ The hotel looks run down and dirty, and the Nobu restaurant there is the ugliest I have ever seen (I prefer eating next door at the Setai). ♥ Only one thing...Carlos the concierge, number 1 for organise your night in Miami!"

And when you’ve had enough of partying, your white-on-white room awaits you and there are over 300 of them, plus 70 oversized suites, all with Mexican sandstone bathrooms and luxurious Agua bath accessories. Full-size bathtubs for soaking and if that’s not enough, indulge yourself with an exclusive massage and body treatment in the 10,000 square foot rooftop spa. Or spoil yourself even more with a private session in your room. And for the truly energetic, there’s a twenty-four fitness center fully stocked with cardio and weight-training equipment.

The beds are wonderful, 300 thread-count linens wrap you in soft snowy-white comfort but put in a request for extra blankets as the air conditioning is very efficient!

At heart, this is definitely a party hotel for the youngsters among us but there are some features for families – sand pit with toys, high-chairs in the restaurants and cribs are free for the asking. Despite the hotel’s party atmosphere, the terrific rooms, marvelous service and stunning design all combine into a relaxing stay for all.

Hotel Scene

What we love
Designed by top British architect, David Chipperfield, Shore Club is a cache of high design. Posh rooftop spa. Hip and bustling Skybar. Stellar Japanese at Nobu and amazing Tuscan fare at Ago. 75 different rums at Shore Club’s Rumbar.

What to know
Valet parking is $42 a day. Its classic look means it’ll never need a revamp, but certain parts of the hotel are showing their age. Can be noisy, especially at night - Scene-ster vibe isn’t for everyone — and here, it's all about the scene. The party scene has left some of the rooms in need of an update

The Nobu Restaurant
The Miami outpost of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's Japanese cuisine empire brings a burst of excitement to the cool sophistication of Shore Club and the famous Miami Beach scene. Nobu draws upon his classical training at sushi bars in Tokyo and his life abroad in Peru, Argentina, and around the world to create an exciting new trend in Japanese cuisine

The Ago Restaurant
Opened in partnership with Robert DeNiro, Ago brings a taste of Tuscany to South Beach. Ago represents the culmination of chef Agostino Sciandri’s thirty-five years of experience and shows his lifelong passion for trattoria-style Italian cuisine. Overlooking Shore Club’s pools with rustic ambiance, Ago offers a sophisticated, romantic setting in which to enjoy exquisitely prepared dishes. An extensive wine list will satisfy the most discerning palates. Offering both indoor or oceanfront terrace dining, Ago serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
