When Viceroy Hotel opened at the Brickell Avenue Financial District a place where people think is quite boring and traditional as it is the place of office and banks, and does not fit the Miami scene, it soon became popular and considered hip.

Located not far from the Port of Miami, the popularity of the business area skyrocketed, thanks to the super glamorous Viceroy Hotel which injected the so called boring avenue with vibrant visitors and life.
