Dining in South Beach

With its lively cultural mix, Miami Beach and South Florida offers a variety of culinary traditions and nationalities as, for example, Brazilian and Cuban, French, Italian, Seafood, Japanese, Asian and off course American!

Now, one of the world’s finest names in caviar, Petroscian, has come to Miami as a casual yet elegant brasserie and caviar boutique at the exclusive Bal Harbour Shops.

Brasserie Petrossian combines the comfort of contemporary French cuisine with the sophistication of classic caviar samplers.

A few noteworthy
menu dishes includes their traditional French onion soup, pan-roasted mussels with white wine, fresh herbs-crusted rotissierie chicken, seared tuna with piston-mashed potatoes, tenderloin bee garnished with foie gras and gratin potatoes.

And caviar lovers
will enjoy mouthwatering beluga, ossetra and sevruga, served with traditional blinis, that have come to be associated with the name Petrossian.

Partake in the daily luncheon menu, as well the popular weekend brunch and live jazz entertainment.
